1. Getting Started
After you have gotten in touch with us by purchasing a package or submitted an inquiry through our contact form, we will set up a phone or Skype call, or in-person meeting (depending on your location) to discuss your needs and how we can be of assistance.
2. Consultation
We will go over your project or tasks so that we have a clear idea of what you are looking for, and anything we will need to complete your tasks. We cannot start the job until we have this information from you. After our initial consultation we should have a clear understanding of what you want to accomplish. We can then get straight to work!
3. Booking
Once we’ve discussed your needs and tasks at hand, you can begin submitting your requests via email.
4. Billing
We bill by the hour, and we invoice twice a month. Invoices can be paid online using major credit cards, PayPal or Venmo.
